This Super-Cub was manufactured in 1953. It was used by the Belgian Army between 1954 and 1969 in Belgium and West Germany. Subsequently, it was sold and registered in Germany as D-EHCB. After 2002, the plane returned to Belgium and was restored to its original Belgian military configuration by 2005.
