The two An-2's are the only aircraft in Kazarman and it will probably stay that way. A paved road is currently being built to the Naryn river valley and the airport would serve a population of only 20 thousand people. Eventual air service would thus have to be subsidized. In any case, flying in would certainly be an interesting experience. The other Antonov is CCCP-07328.
