Czech Government has approved creating a holding structure called Český aeroholding, a.s. (Czech Aeroholding Inc.). This represents a further step in CSA reorganization. Prague Airport should become a part of the holding as well in an effort to better use the common capital and knowledge of the companies. The suggested change needs to be approved by the Office for the Protection of Competition first and is expected to be finished by the end of 2012.
