presne tak: DUE TO VOLCANIC ERUPTION IN ICELAND FIR LZBB IS AFFECTED BY VULCANIC ASH. WITH EFFECT FROM 1300 UTC NO ATC CLEARANCE WILL BE ISSUED FOR FLIGHTS PENETRATING WHOLE FIR LZBB.FLOW MEASURES WILL BE APPLIED. VFR FLIGHTS ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO MONITOR RELEVANT SIGMETS AND NOTAMS. THE RESPONSIBILITY TO CONDUCT A FLIGHT RESTS WITH PILOT-IN-COMMMAND. 16 APR 13:00 2010 UNTIL 17 APR 13:00 2010 ESTIMATED.
