Bratislava looked like a big international airport, when aircraft in Emirates and Etihad colours parked next to each other. However, even the latter B787-8 was a government aircraft from Abu Dhabu Emirate.

Towards the end of the working week the government aircraft of president Erdogan usually transfers for the weekend from Ankara to Istanbul. However, it was never the case when I was in Istanbul. This time finally yes, however the aircraft prepared moments of stress for me, first it was delayed into risky evening hours and then, few minutes before its arrival, a big cloud came and it looked hopeless, luckily in the last second and for the last shot the sun came out a little bit.
For a private event celebrating 30 years of Motorflugunion Klosterneuburg society this DC-3 manufactured in 1942 was invited for the weekend 12-14 June 2026. It has its homebase in Grenchen (Switzerland). It was accompanied by Beech 18 (in the background).
Thanks to the presence of Spanish troops in NATO mission in Slovakia Bratislava is often visited by Boeing 737s and 787s of Air Europa. But today the rotation of the troops was conducted by this Spanish Air Force A.330-200 MRTT.

Test flights of a new L-410UVP-E20 for airline Guyane Express Fly from French Guyana started at Kunovice airport (so far with temporary registration OK-OVI). The aircraft will be used primarilly for domestic flights from the capital Cayenne.
The second exotic aircraft that made test flights today at Kunovice, this time after maintenance, was this L-410UVP-E20 of Bangladesh Air Force, with registration S3-AVB. His brother S3-AVA visited the factory for maintenance about a year ago.
This afternoon the Portuguese Air Force Embraer KC-390 visited Bratislava, aircraft type, which shall in the future be part of Czech and Slovak Air Forces.
