Today, an official unveiling of a new addition to the museum’s collection took place at Točná Airport: the Spitfire SL633, one of the surviving Spitfires flown by our pilots from England in August 1945. This aircraft, with the fuselage marking JT-10, was flown to Prague on August 13, 1945, by pilot Karel Pošta, and it served with the RAF’s 312 Squadron during the war.
