Macchi Mc.205V Veltro. Built by Breda in Milan in 1943, assigned to the 386° Squadron (Regia Aeronautica); after the Armistice it flew with the 73°, 83°, 209° Squadrons of the Co-belligerant Air Force. With the Italian Air Force Flying School in the '50s, then assigned to a Technical school in Udine as an instructional airframe. Restored by AirMacchi to flying conditions in 1981 registered as I-MCVE and exibited at various airshows around Europe. Suffered significant structural damage on 25 July 1986 in a landing accident at Venegono airfield. Restored to non-flying conditions and currently preserved in The Museo della Scienza e della Tecnica, Milan.

Neví někdo, kde je teď. Předpokládám, že vzhledem k tomu, co je to za raritu, asi moc dlouho po opravě nelétal. A Němci by mu nejraději sebrali motor do 109.
