Engine pre-heating and battery installation as a preparation for a winter operation. The engine is covered with fabric to prevent heat from escaping. Gloves are waiting to be used (now resting on the wing), but it didn´t help too much - there is no heating in the this aircraft and the hand on the throttle is separated from the outside air only by fabric.
Pekné ilustračné foto a popis autora. Pre mnohých dnešných pilotov, takmer nepredstaviteľné podmienky, hlavne v kabíne pilota za letu, ktoré vždy prekonali pocity z lásky k letectvu i krás pohľadov na zimnú krajinu.
