Dear Lufthansa employees,

I am deeply dissatisfied by your services. In spite of my big effort, I can not reach you to obtain the needed information.
When calling to your number +420 234 008 234, your machine answered me that I call outside working time or advised that your all operators are busy and you promise to be right with me. I am not sure how many minutes or hours means "right with you" at Lufthansa, but it is definitely more then 20 minutes. This happened repeatedly.

I have flight from Prague to Delhi via Frankfurt, departure from Prague on April 19 at 10:20am, departure from Frankfurt on April 19 at 1:45pm.

Due to impossibility to contact you, I ask you hereby to advise me which flight, what date/time can I use for my travel to Delhi.

Ano... ano.. moc pekna fotecka.. skoda ze takove tu jsou opomijene...iibi semi!!! T.
